Crusties hate politics and the government so much, that they refuse to take a shower, due to the fact that the government provides them with the water. Nonetheless Alpinist’s stenches from the gutter were a one rayer on this year’s Cry me River festival. With their latest nicely DIY-screenprinted and limited snot rocket these german crusties were able to hone their craft with all the more atmospheric parts and dynamic riffing as heard on their already neat and severly underrated split with Finisterre. LICHTLÆRM is quite an epic release… making it quite easy to forget about Portland.
