Gnihi, England wins the cup, funniest thing I’ve seen in ages.
This is indeed the problem of a profit driven economy, it is real chuzpe to sell a game like FIFA World Cup 2010 as a full price game when it’s only a minor (and even patchable) update to FIFA 10. Whereas a Super Street Fighter IV delivers a more of all package to a budget price, the offer EA has made here is nothing less than intolerable. Especially when the game mechanics are still not perfect in any sense. The acoustics and commentaries are still tinny and unreal, the gameplay still runs like a formulaic clockwork eliminating any chance, luck and impossibles (yes, I prefer PES), and the game lacks heart, passion, love for the ball and the unique magic a football World Cup brings, especially when it’s the first time in history that an African country hosts such an event. This is why the game devastatingly fails in its effort. It’s still a good soccer game, but a way less than stellar World Cup game.
